PROCESS

process of manufacturing CRC pipes

The process of forming a pipe might look simple but it needs great precision and concentration to make it. After all quality is our major concern. Broadly, the flow chart shows the process.

Firstly wider coils are slitted into narrow coils, then the slitted coil of predefined width passes through forming rolls. Here it takes a round shape.

Afterwards it gets welded and then again passes through a set of rolls i.e. sizing rolls to give it the required shape. Then it is cut into the required length through online cutting.

In the end, the final product is dipped into oil tank and is packed in bundles.
